Availability: Full-Time, 2nd and 3rd Shift
Description: The Nursing Assistant assumes responsibility and accountability for a designated group of patients in collaboration with the evaluating RN or designee for providing routine daily nursing care and services that support the care delivered to patients requiring rehabilitative care as determined by a treatment plan and directed by the evaluating RN.
Requirements: High school diploma; Previous healthcare experience; Current BLS/CPR Certification.


Availability: Full-Time, 1st Shift
Description: The Nutritional Services Aide performs a variety of patient food service and dish duties, including food tray preparation and delivery to patients, serving patients in dining room, dishwashing and kitchen cleaning activities.
Requirements: High School Diploma/GED, prior food service experience is preferred.


Availability: Full-Time, 2nd and 3rd Shift
Description: The Licensed Practical Nurse provides patient care services that meet the psychosocial, physical and general aspects of care; meets the communication needs of patient and family; provides care that reflects initiative and responsibility indicative of professional expectations, under the supervision of a registered nurse.
Requirements: Graduate of accredited LPN/LVN nurse program with current licensure in the state; Current Basic Cardiac Life Support, Advanced Cardiac Life Support preferred; Demonstrated ability to plan, coordinate, evaluate and direct activities of clinical personnel; effective oral and written communication skills, in English with additional languages preferred; proficiency in basic computer skills required.


Availability: Full-Time, 3rd Shift
Description: The Registered Nurse provides planning and delivery of direct and indirect patient care through the nursing process of Assessment, Planning, Intervention, and Evaluation.  Develops nursing care plan in coordination with patient, family and interdisciplinary staff as necessary.  Communicates changes in patient’s clinical condition with Physicians, Nursing Supervisor/Manager, and co-workers as appropriate.  Participates in the discharge planning process.
Requirements: Graduation from an accredited Bachelors of Science in Nursing, Associate Degree in Nursing or Nursing Diploma program; Current state licensure as Registered Nurse; BLS certification (ACLS preferred).
