I’m here for my colleagues and patients, they are an amazing group of people. At LG Health, we value each other, their opinions and their work, it really does feel like a family here.

This is how I live my legacy.
I became a pediatrician because I love being a part of a family’s life and supporting their care needs for the long term. I enjoy starting a relationship with a family the day they bring their baby home and staying with them over time. I feel like I can do that here, it’s encouraged, it’s what brings me to work every day.

I live my passion by building relationships.
Our pediatric team is committed to making sure patients build longlasting relationships with their provider, often seeing the same familiar face when they need care. Our goal is to make sure the patient gets the best care, and we are all part of the same team delivering that care. From the front desk to the nurses to the administration, we are all aware and communicate freely to make sure the patient has the best experience possible. LG Health allows me to be my best. I interviewed at a lot of places and what really struck me at LG Health is how everyone interacts with each other. It’s not a hierarchy. Everyone is treated very equally, regardless of how long they’ve been here. Everyone is open to new ideas clinically or administratively.

LG Health gives you many avenues to pursue your interests.
There are several areas and opportunities to get involved, like safety committees or clinical committees. My colleagues are interested in what I have to say and what I can contribute. And the affiliation with CHOP has been fantastic for physicians and patients.

We work together.
LG Health has a lot of resources for physicians. I feel like I have a voice and am heard. I know where to go and who I need to reach out to. Being part of Penn Medicine means we are part of a large network, but LG Health works hard to keep the family feel, even though it’s a big health system. LG Health is a place where I can stay and grow, where I can be part of a large practice and a large system but still have a close-knit, family feeling. It really is the best of both worlds. There’s no limit to the opportunity.
