1 - 3 days a week needed for early morning corporate screenings and for evening care navigation calls.

SUMMARY: Lancaster General Health/Penn Medicine is currently seeking a Corporate Health RN within the Corporate Wellness Department. The RN provides clinical professional nursing duties in support of the Corporate Wellness programs and activities. This is a per-diem position with hours between 6:00am-11:00 am and 4:00pm-9:00 pm, mostly early mornings, no holidays or weekends.
- Conduct health screenings, including biometric measurements, fingerstick and venipuncture blood draws.
- Prepare and administer flu vaccinations in a safe manner according to current practice standards.
- Educate participants on screening results and provide recommendations.
- Act as a care navigator for corporate clients directing participants to the right care at the right time.
- Provide telephonic outreach calls to participants with high risk screening values and provide education and support in seeking additional care.
- Clearing document relevant clinical information based on services offered.
- Provide individual and group health coaching.
- Represent LG Health at events and provide education.
- Facilitate effective health education programs and presentations.
- Other duties as assigned.
- High School diploma or equivalent
- Current licensure as a Registered Nurse, issued by the PA State Board of Nursing.
- One to three years of clinical nursing experience.
- Previous phlebotomy experience required.
- Bilingual preferred.
This position requires PA Child Abuse and FBI Fingerprinting Clearances.
This position requires a Professional License/Certification.
