The 7N team is a family. We are an 18-bed medical telemetry unit right in the heart of the internal medicine rounding footprint. We see a wide variety of diagnoses and many cardiac patients. Some examples of our patient population include arrhythmias, pre/post heart catheterizations, hypertension, respiratory illness, electrolyte imbalances, endocrine disorders, GI disorders, stable overdoses/alcohol withdrawal etc. The 7N family is a close-knit team and there is never a dull moment here. If you want a fast-paced environment with a team that works well together in rapidly-changing situations, this is the unit for you!
