Job Description
LG Health Physicians Family Medicine County Line is seeking a Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant to join their team. As part of a highly productive team, consisting of 3 Physicians and 2 APPs, delivery of comprehensive, quality care for patients of all ages is our specialty. We serve an economically, racially, and culturally diverse population. There are many opportunities for procedures, care of complex patients, and care of patients across the lifespan. The provider team emphasizes wellness and prevention, helps patients manage chronic conditions, provides timely care in the event of an illness or injury, and brings direct access to the most advanced treatment options. Furthermore, there is a real culture of learning and innovation in our practice. We meet frequently as a team of 3 physicians and 3 APPs and do frequent care reviews, clinical topic presentations, EMR tips, and regularly develop new innovations for the delivery of excellent primary care to our patients.
The FM County Line office includes physical therapy, a full lab and Behavioral Health Counselors on site.
Hours: Fulltime with flexible scheduling, 4 day week w/ one evening shift. Telephone on-call every 5/6 weeks and one Saturday morning session every 5/6 weeks. Includes Holiday rotation.
Job Requirements
Nurse Practitioner
- Valid Certified Registered Nurse Practitioner license and Certificate of Prescriptive Authority in Pennsylvania
- Valid Pennsylvania licensure as a Registered Nurse
- Certification by ANCC or other qualifying agency in area of specialty required
- Minimum one-year experience as a Nurse Practitioner is preferred
Physician Assistant
- Current licensure as a Physician Assistant by PA Board of Medicine
- Graduate of Accredited Physician Assistant training program
- Minimum one-year experience as a Physician Assistant is preferred
