LOCATION: Lancaster, PA
HOURS: Full time (40 Hours per Week), Primarily Day shift 8 am - 4:30pm or 8:30 am - 5 pm, Mon - Fri. Occasional weekends and after hours during testing and go live.

POSITION SUMMARY:
Responsible for management of the integrated Lawson Purchasing, Inventory Control, and Mobile Supply Chain computer system. Will be responsible for identifying and resolving system operational problems. Will serve as a liaison between MMIS users and the software vendor. Will be responsible for training and assisting all MMIS users. Will be the primary individual responsible to write custom system reports for all MMIS users. In addition, will coordinate all purchasing contracts to ensure both contract compliance and utilization across Lancaster General.

JOB REQUIREMENTS
MINIMUM REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Economics, Information Technology or a related field and two (2) to four (4) years of purchasing or financial Information experience
OR
- In lieu of related Bachelor's degree, minimum of six (6) to ten (10) years of purchasing or financial Information experience
- Systems analysis.
- Strong analytical skills
- Experience in data mining to facilitate trending of financial data
- Demonstrated extensive spreadsheet, word processing and data base experience
- Strong communication skills
PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS:
- Lawson system or other Electronic Requisition Program (ERP) experience preferred
- Crystal Report Writer Software or other report writing program(s) experience preferred
