1.0 FTE first shift M-F 8:00 AM - 4:30 PM, no holidays/weekends. This is a temporary position with the potential to go permanent depending on performance, business need and expectation of position growth.

Job Description

Location: Lancaster, PA

Hours: Full-Time, 40 hours p/ week, Monday - Friday, ( 8:00 am until 4:30 pm), now holidays/weekends, temporary position with possibility to go permanent


Responsible to assist, coordinate, and manage the Stanley My call Duress system in order to administer, produce and distribute Duress badges to authorized Lancaster General personnel. Including, but not limited to: Data Input, Auditing and reporting,

ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS: Qualified individuals must have the ability (with or without reasonable accommodation) to perform the following duties:

  • Work with Security, IT and Nursing Staff to produce records and distribute Lancaster General Hospital Duress badges in accordance with security and hospital policy.
  • Work with and assist Project Managers, IT and Nursing personnel with troubleshooting of Duress hardware and software, that may arise.
  • Maintain and support various aspects and components of the Duress System (i.e, assigning and deleting employee and equipment entries)

SECONDARY FUNCTIONS: The following duties are considered secondary to the primary duties listed above:

  • Identify Order Equipment replacements needed to Manager
  • Service and clean the components of the My Call Duress System
  • Other duties as assigned.



  • High School diploma or equivalent (GED).


  • 3 years data entry or related experience.
  • Ability to type and use Microsoft Word and Excel


Equipment/Tools: Computer, Phone, Copier, Printer, Office Supplies

Software: Microsoft Office Products, Stanley MyCall, MobileView


Lifting: Degree of physical exertion is:

  • Light, exerting up to 10 pounds of force occasionally and/or a negligible amount of force frequently or constantly to move objects.
